Church Farm, Harringworth formed part of the working farmyard up until the 1980's. The yard has four offices from converted stone barns and a former grainstore where the containers are held.
Location
The units are in the village of Harringworth, Northamptonshire. It is within easy reach of Stamford (10 miles), Uppingham (4 miles) and Corby (6 miles). Peterborough, Kettering and Corby train stations are all less than a 30 minute journey and all have a good service direct to London Kings Cross / St Pancras. They are easily reachable via the A1 and A14 and is only 40 minutes to the M1. Driving to London is approximately two hours (on a good day).
Rent
£ 125 per calendar month (plus VAT).
Access
The containers sit in an old grain store with keypad door entry and CCTV (that is monitored by the Estate). The units can be accessed 24 hours a day for seven days a week.
Storage Agreement
The storage rental agreement will be for a period of between one and five years (which can be extended by agreement.) There is a 30-day notice period.
Availability
There is one container remaining and it is avaliable immediately.
