The buildings remained derelict until their conversion to offices in June 2001. There are four other separate office buildings within the yard. The conversion has been carried out to a very high standard, with hand made double glazed exterior stained wooden doors with shutters, reclaimed pine interior doors, well insulated walls floor and ceiling, spotlighting, and gas central heating. Please telephone the estate office for more information Location The buildings are in the village of Harringworth, Northamptonshire, on the Rutland border, 10 miles from Stamford, 6 miles from Uppingham, 4 miles from Corby. Church Farm is opposite the White Swan Pub. Communications are excellent with the main A43 trunk road set two miles to the east. The A47 is approximately two miles to the north. The A14 is approximately 30 minutes away, the M1,40 minutes and the A1, 10 minutes. You can drive to London in two hours on a good day, longer if you hit the rush hour and less if you are prepared to lose a few points. Peterborough station is approximately 30 minutes away, Kettering 25 minutes and Corby 15 minutes. Trains from all the stations will ferry you to London in about 45/50 minutes, although the Peterborough to King’s Cross service is more reliable. Rent £840-00 (+VAT)per month.
