The Stackyard at Mill Farm in Bulwick formed part of a working farmyard up until the 1970's. The buildings remained derelict until their conversion to offices in June 1997. There is one other office within the yard. The conversion has been carried out to a very high standard, with hand made double glazed exterior stained wooden doors with shutters, reclaimed pine floor, well insulated walls floor and ceiling, spotlighting, and oil-fired central heating.
The building is in the village of Bulwick, Northamptonshire, 10 miles from Stamford, 6 miles from Uppingham, 4 miles from Corby.
Communications are excellent with the main A43 trunk road set one miles to the west. The A47 is approximately four miles to the north. The A14 is approximately 30 minutes away, the M1,40 minutes and the A1, 10 minutes. You can drive to London in two hours on a good day, longer if you hit the rush hour and less if you are prepared to lose a few points.
Peterborough station is approximately 30 minutes away, Kettering 25 minutes and Corby 15 minutes. Trains from all the stations will ferry you to London in about 45/50 minutes, although the Peterborough to King’s Cross service is more reliable.
