3 Bedroom Cottage in the village of Bulwick, Northamptonshire, 10 miles from Stamford, 7 miles from Uppingham, 4 miles from Corby.

Bulwick is served by local amenities including a public house'The Queen's Head' (very good food), a village church and a  shop. It was by-passed some years ago and now forms an attractive rural environment composed of mainly traditional stone buildings surrounded by attractive open and undulating farmland.

Communications are good with the main A43 trunk road set to the west. The nearby commercial centres of Corby and Kettering are within easy motoring distance whilst the cathedral city of Peterborough is only 30 minutes away. The attractive and thriving market town of Stamford is set to the north-east and contains a rich history with a principally stone town centre. High speed train services operate from Kettering, Peterborough and Corby (the train to London taking about 50 minutes).

 Sailing is available at Rutland Water and Pitsford Reservoir, with fishing at Eyebrook Reservoir and Rutland Water. Golf is available at Luffenham Heath and Market Harborough. This is excellent walking, riding and cycling country with many footpaths, bridleways and permitted paths (provided by Bulwick Estates). Corby has an indoor tennis centre and a superb new 50 metre pool. There are some good shoots in the area.

The tenant will be responsible for for all outgoings in connection with the property. The house is classified for Council Tax under Band E
