2 Bedroom Cottage in the parish of Harringworth, Northamptonshire, 12 miles from Stamford, 7 miles from Uppingham, 4 miles from Corby.

Fishponds Cottage is set in an isolated position in stunning Northamptonshire countryside, opposite woods and within site of an 11 acre lake. The cottage is a short drive from four attractive market towns, Oakham, Oundle and Stamford (about 25 minutes) and  Uppingham (about 10 minutes). Corby (about 15 minutes away) has a challenging reputation but is changing rapidly with a brand new 50 metre swimming pool and a new theatrePeterborough station is approximately 30 minutes away, Kettering 25 minutes and Corby 15 minutes. Trains from all the  stations will ferry you to London in about 45/50 minutes, although the Peterborough to King’s Cross service is more reliable.

        

Sailing is available at Rutland Water and Pitsford Reservoir, with fishing at Eyebrook Reservoir and Rutland Water. Golf is available at Luffenham Heath,Market Harborough and Corby. This is excellent walking, riding and cycling country with many footpaths, bridleways and permitted paths (provided by Bulwick Estates). Corby has an indoor tennis centre and a superb new 50 metre pool. There are some good shoots in the area.

The rent will be £ 680-00 per calendar month which will be payable in advance by standing order.

The property will be available for between one and 10 years. 

Availability
The property is available for occupation immediately.

Outgoings
The tenant will be responsible for for all outgoings in connection with the property. The house is classified for Council Tax under Band E
